Physical Therapist


This initial consultation gives us a chance to listen and understand your complaint. Because we feel this is the most important part of your journey with us, unlike our competitors we allocate up to an hour for our initial consultation. By taking more time we ensure our clinicians can be as thorough as possible with their assessment, make an accurate diagnosis and then are able to discuss and educate you about your problem before recommending a tailored individualized treatment plan based on your goals. 

Our aim is that following this consultation you have a clear understanding of your problem and leave feeling empowered with a comprehensive and structured treatment plan.



Physical Therapy Session


We believe exercise is the single most important part of any effective treatment plan. Exercise stimulates the injured tissues and promote healing. Our rehabilitation programmes are specifically designed to accelerate the healing processes and correct any underlying movement faults that may have contributed to your injury initially. Our aim is to treat the root cause rather than just merely treating your symptoms. This is important to reduce the risk of an injury returning again in the future.

​People are often fearful of moving when injured because it is painful. However, in the vast majority of cases it is perfectly safe to do so. Injured tissues need stress and strain applied to it (in a structured and progressive manner) in order to ensure a full recovery and return to normal function. 

You may wish for your clinician to take you through a structured 1-to-1 rehabilitation session in our gym, coaching you on exercises as well as giving you encouragement in order for you to maximise your recovery.



Although exercise will play a primary role in your recovery, traditional “hands on” treatments can still be effective for reducing pain and helping facilitate your recovery. Our physiotherapists are highly trained in a wide range of modalities such as:

  • Mobilisation/Manual therapy

  • Acupuncture

  • Soft Tissue Massage

  • Taping

  • Ultrasound

Your Physiotherapist will be able to help advise which treatments will be most appropriate for treating your problem.



In some cases, Hydrotherapy may be required as part of your treatment plan. Hydrotherapy involves the use of water to treat various conditions. The warm water helps to relieve pain and increase the range of movement of your joints. The water can also be used to provide light resistance. Hydrotherapy is typically utilised in the early stages of an injury or in those who are struggling to progress their rehabilitation on land. Your Physiotherapist will be able to advise if it is an appropriate treatment for you.



Fit Man


We offer 1-to-1 training sessions in the gym for those clients looking for extra guidance or motivation with their training. Regardless of whether you are looking to improve your composition or trying to improve your performance in a particular hobby, our experienced staff will work with you to develop a structured plan to help reach your goals. 

We typically recommend an initial consultation to discuss your current training plan, your goals and perform some assessments to establish a base line. We will then design a tailored training plan which can be adapted based on your progression and future needs. You can also discuss with your clinician how frequently you wish your training sessions to be. 

Diet Salad


Diet and nutrition can play a key role in both recovery and overall health. But with lots of confusing and conflicting information it can be difficult at times to know what are the right choices.  Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain some muscle mass or just simply ensure you’re eating the right things, speak to one of our experienced clinicians. We will be happy to help answer your questions and develop a tailored diet plan based on your goals and lifestyle. As part of the consultation we measure body fat and muscle mass in order to help determine exactly what foods and how much you should be consuming. This ensures that your body is getting the right fuel to perform at its best.

For some people travelling to see a Physiotherapist can be difficult. For clients with these challenges we offer a Remote Rehab Service. Following an initial video consultation, a tailored training plan will be prescribed that can be followed at your usual gym (or at home). You will then stay in regular contact with your Physiotherapist via email and video calls to review progress and adjust your treatment plan as you improve. 

​We also offer online coaching for those who are simply looking for help improving their body composition or are training for a specific event. We organise an initial consultation to discuss your current training, your goals, your needs and perform some assessments to establish a baseline. A tailored training plan will then be prescribed and through email and video calls, adapted according to your personal progression.
